摘    要:重庆东水门长江大桥是国内首座双塔单索面钢桁梁斜拉桥,钢桁梁采用无竖杆整体节点三角桁架,上、下层桥面系连接关系复杂、刚度较大,中纵梁内设置锚箱,作为索梁连接的主要构件。由于设计结构独特,生产制作难度较大,为保证产品质量,在重要杆件制作时,主要采取后孔法与先孔法相结合、自制大型整体桥面组装胎架,精度控制与管理、整体划线及选用、合理施焊顺序等施工工艺措施,为桥位顺利安装架设提供保障。

Abstract:Chongqing eastgate Yangtze River Bridge is the first single cable plane cable-stayed bridge with two towers, triangular truss with free vertical integral node is used in steel truss girder. The connection of upper and lower deck is complex, the stiffness is large, the anchor box is set in the vertical beam, which is a major component of the cable connection. Due to the design of novel structure, in view of the key bar made by self assembly jig, experience method for welding shrinkage, plate bending and other related process measures, reasonable selection of welding process, the overall correction, precision crossed and other methods are used, to ensure product quality. Which can ensure the bridge location smooth erection.
