摘    要:利用低硅铜尾矿生产加气混凝土,研究表明,其优化配比为:铜尾矿32%、硅砂34%、石灰20%、水泥8%、石膏6%,铝粉0.057%,水料比为0.53,稳泡剂适量.所制备的尾矿加气混凝土平均密度为619.1 kg/m3,平均抗压强度为4.5 MPa,符合A3.5.B06级加气混凝土合格品的要求.

Abstract:Study is made on making aerated concrete using low-silicon tailings of copper mine.Through series of experiments,the optimal proportioning of tailing aerated concrete is as follows:copper tailing 32%,silicon sand 34%,lime 20%,cement 8%,gypsum 6%,powdered aluminum 0.057%,the optimal water-solid ratio 0.53,and proper amount of foam stabilizer.The prepared tailing aerated concrete has average density of 619.1 kg/m3,and average compressive strength of 4.5 MPa,meeting the requirement of grade A3.5 and B06 qualif...
