超轻矿物微珠保温砂浆的研究

摘    要:介绍一种超轻无机保温砂浆,并通过对胶凝材料与微珠的掺入比例、保温混合填料不同掺量和胶粉掺量等对超轻保温砂浆主要性能的影响规律,以及对砂浆吸水率的研究,确定了该保温砂浆的最佳配比。并运用扫描电镜微观手段进一步对砂浆的保温机理和材料结构特点等进行了分析。

Abstract:A kind of extra light inorganic thermal insulation mortar is introduced and the optimal mix ratio is determined by study on regular rule of influence of proportion of cementing material and minuteness bead,different dosage of thermal insulation mixed stuffing and dosage of gelatine powder on main performance of extra light thermal insulation mortar as well as on water-absorption of mortar.Analysis is made on thermal insulation mechanism and structure feature of the thermal insulation mortar by SEM.
