耐水性室温自交联核壳结构丙烯酸酯乳液的合成及表征

摘    要:采用核壳结构种子乳液聚合法,以双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)和己二酸二酰肼(ADH)为交联单体,合成了具有良好耐水性的室温自交联核壳结构丙烯酸酯乳液;研究了交联单体的用量、交联温度、复合乳化剂用量及配比等对乳液性能的影响。FTIR测试证实了交联反应的发生;乳液的粒径图、DSC曲线和TEM表明,乳液具有2个玻璃化转变温度,具有明显的核壳结构。
