摘    要:将再生剂SJZ、增塑软化剂、SBS、稳定剂、降黏减阻剂(FC)复合制备了一种集再生、温拌及改性功能于一体的适用于废旧沥青混合料的温拌改性复合再生剂。正交试验和灰关联分析结果表明,改性复合再生剂的最佳配比为:m(SJZ)∶m(XR)∶m(SBS)∶m(稳定剂)∶m(FC)=40∶20∶10∶1∶10。该改性复合再生剂不仅能将老化沥青的性能提升到符合SBS改性沥青I-C的技术要求,还能降低混合料拌和温度并提高旧料掺加比例,体现了节能减排与废物综合利用的双重优势。

Abstract:An integrated warm-modification-recycling agent of RAP with multi-function of regeneration,warm mix,and modification is developed by compounding the regenerant SJZ,plasticizer and softener,SBS,stabilizer,and viscosity reduction and drag reducing agent(FC).The orthogonal test and grey correlation analysis show that the optimal ratio of modified composite regenerant is:m(SJZ):m(XR):m(SBS):m(stabilizer):m(FC)=40∶20∶10∶1∶10.The modified composite regenerant can not only improve the performance of aged asphalt to meet the technical requirements of SBS modified asphalt I-C,but also reduce the mixing temperature and increase the proportion of waste materials,showing the dual advantages of energy saving and emission reduction,and comprehensive utilization of waste.
