免烧结煤矸石透水砖的试验研究

摘    要:研究以煤矸石为主要原料制备免烧结煤矸石透水砖,探讨了煤矸石粒径、煤矸石与水泥质量比、成型压力对免烧结煤矸石透水砖的透水系数和劈裂抗拉强度的影响。试验结果表明,较优工艺参数为煤矸石粒径为4.75~9.5 mm,煤矸石与水泥的质量比为3∶1,成型压力为4 MPa,采用该工艺参数所制备的透水砖性能较优,其透水系数为2.34×10-2 cm/s,劈裂抗拉强度为1.4 MPa。

Abstract:The coal gangue as the main raw material is studied to prepare the coal gangue pervious brick. The effects of the particle size of the gangue,the mass ratio of the coal gangue and cement and the molding pressure on the permeability coefficient and splitting tensile strength of the coal gangue pervious brick are discussed. The test results show that the better technological parameters are 4.75~9.5 mm,the mass ratio of coal gangue and cement is 3∶1,and the molding pressure is 4 MPa. The performance of the permeable brick prepared by this process parameter is better,the permeability coefficient is 2.34×10^-2 cm/s and the splitting tensile strength is 1.4 MPa.
