粉煤灰建筑微晶玻璃工业化试验研究

摘    要:根据微晶玻璃的基础组成,选择铝硅酸盐系统做为配方依据.在粉煤灰中加入钙质材料,制成硅灰石型微晶玻璃.主晶相是硅灰石,玻璃相是CaO—Al_2O_3玻璃,Na_2O—TiO_2-Al_2O_3玻璃和Na_2O—CaO—SiO_2玻璃.在实验室试验基础上,利用工厂坩埚窑完成其工业性试验.经检验,该产品性能均优于国内外同类产品指标,是一种新型建筑装饰材料.

Abstract:According to chemical composition of the ceramic glass , the formula for glass mixture was selected among Na2O-Al2O3-SiO2-CaO system. The calcium materials are added in fly-ash , and the architectural ceramic glass that crystal phase is wollastonite is gotten. The main crystal phase is woilastonite. The non - crystal phsae is the glass on CaO - Al2O3, Na2O - TiO2 -Al2O3,and Na2O-CaO -SiO2 system. By crucible furnace,the pilot -plant -scale is finished because of a lot of experiments, and the proporties is best in comparison with similar products. It is a new decoretive material.
