摘    要:乌鲁木齐市七道湾污水处理厂深度处理回用工程将该厂及河东污水处理厂出水水质已达到国家二级标准的出水作为水源,采用细格栅/曝气生物滤池/机械搅拌高密度澄清池/V型滤池/ClO2消毒工艺进行深度处理。工程实践表明,该系统运行稳定,出水COD<60 mg/L、BOD5<10 mg/L、NH3-N≤1 mg/L、TP≤1 mg/L、SS<6 mg/L,已达到回用标准并回用到下游神化热电厂和中泰化学工业园区的循环冷却系统,大大节约了新水取用量,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:The combined process of fine grill,biological aerated filter,high-density clarifier,V filter and ClO2 disinfection was used for advanced treatment of the effluent which met the national second discharge criteria from Qidaowan WWTP and Hedong WWTP in Urumqi.The advanced treatment system operated stably,and the effluent COD,BOD5,SS,NH3-N and TP were less than 60 mg/L,10 mg/L,6 mg/L,equal to or less than 1 mg/L and 1 mg/L respectively.The treated wastewater was reused as cooling water for downstream Shenhua Thermal Power Plant and Zhongtai Chemical Industry Park,thus saving a great amount of fresh water consumption.The system has better economic and social benefits.
