| 摘 要： | 从1998-2003年《中国火灾统计年鉴》和2004-2007年《中国消防年鉴》以及网络调研的重特大火灾案例数据中,挑选了有比较详细的消防响应情况的案例112起,分析了我国当前消防响应中存在的主要问题,利用火灾发生发展以及消防科普教育、消防安全管理等相关理论,对这些问题产生的原因进行了讨论,并给出了相应的对策。该项研究可以为我国城市消防安全保障能力评估等提供研究基础,并可供相关消防管理部门在制定消防力量规划、设计、建设实施、管理维护等决策时提供参考依据。
