| 摘 要： | 我国是世界上老年人口最多的国家，老年人是受到火灾危害最严重的社会群体，2005年因火灾死亡的老年人超过全国火灾死亡总人数三分之一。分析了我国人口老龄化的基本情况和特点以及造成老年人火灾伤亡的突出问题，依据家庭养老与社会养老、城市社区与农村乡镇的不同特点，提出了切实保障老年人的消防安全权益的针对性措施。

| Abstract: | China has the largest population of aged people in the world. Tile aged people are easily subject to fire hazards. In 2005, the death of aged people in fire exceeds one third of the total fire deaths. The basic situations and characteristics of aging phenomenon in China were analyzed.Measures must be taken to secure the fire safety of the aged peoplo according to the different situations of the city and countryside. |
