| 摘 要： | 随着中国老年化社会的快速发展，老年住宅的建设已成为亟待解决的社会问题。文章通过介绍发达国家的养老住宅建筑模式，分析我国现阶段养老居住建筑发展的现状和存在的问题及其产生的原因，并相应地提出了符合我国国情的城市老年居住建筑的设计方法和注意事项。

This article introduces modes of the aged housings in developed country, analyses the situation and its causes in our nation＇s aged housings construction cur- rently, and puts forward ways and points in the design suitable for our nation＇s aged housings construction. |
