| 摘 要： | 城市旧城改造是城市快速发展中面临的重大问题，处于城市中心区的旧城往往承担着多样化的城市功能，如何在不破坏原有的多元城市活动的基础上，满足经济发展的利益需求是此类旧城改造中的重点和难点。本文以长沙市东塘商圈域市设计项目为例，通过对旧城区改造中存在问题的分析，从开发强度、交通组织、功能提升、特色营造等方面，着重探讨如何通过城市设计策略解决旧城改造中的具体问题，使旧城改造走上良性循环的道路。

| Abstract: | urban renewal and transformation is the important problem in the high-speed urbanization especially for the central district. How to meet the economical demand and simultaneously keep the city vitality become the key point. This thesis takes the DongTang district in ChangSha for example, focuses on the control strategies and urban design from the development intensity, traffic organization, function enhancement and feature construction. |
