压克力卫浴板材聚合时间和力学性能影响因素研究

摘    要:研究了引发剂、聚合温度和增塑剂对压克力卫浴板材聚合时间及力学强度的影响。研究结果表明,复合引发剂及高低温阶段聚合工艺较单一引发剂及单一温度更适合于压克力板的聚合,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)对压克力卫浴板材的力学性能有显著影响。压克力板工业化试验结果表明,复合引发剂和高低温聚合工艺用于工业化生产是可行的。

Study of Factors Affecting Polymerization Time and Mechanical Properties of Acrylate Sanitary Sheets

Abstract:Effects of initiator, polymerization temperature, plasticizer on polymerization time and mechanical strength of acrylate sanitary sheets were studied, Testing results revealed that composite initiator and polymerization technology at the stage of high and low temperatures were more suitable for polymerization of acrylate sheets than single initiator and that at single temperature. The plasticizer dibutyl phthalate (DBP) exerted remarkable effects on mechanical property of the acrylate sanitary sheets. Results of industrialized tests of the sheets revealed that composite initiator and polymerization technology at the stage of high and low temperatures used for industrialized production was feasible.
