摘    要:通过乙醇封端的二异氰酸酯,对乙烯基酯树脂进行改性,在其侧链上接枝上强极性的氨酯键,合成了一种黏度低于100mPa.s,可灌性好的新型水下灌浆材料。在本实验室的灌浆工艺下,该浆材可用于水下混凝土结构补强并堵水,测得的水下粘接强度在3.0MPa以上,抗压强度在100MPa以上。本文就这种水下灌浆材料的制备,及其中引发剂、催化剂和双亲组分单体的用量等对材料的水下粘接性能影响进行了逐个单因素分析,找到了最优用量。结果表明,在最优用量时,改性乙烯基酯树脂浆材,作为水下修补材料,具有优良的粘接补强性能。

Abstract:Vinyl ester resin was modified by urethane ended by ethanol,grafted with strong polar urethane links in side chains and synthesized into a new underwater grouting material,the viscosity of whichwas lower than 100mPa.s.In the light of lab grouting process,this grouting material could be used for repair of underwater concrete and for water blocking as well.Its underwater bonding strength measured was more than 3.0MPa,compressive strength over 100MPa.Single factor analysis was made one by one of effects of its preparation,dosage of initiator,catalyst and double-solvent component monomer on underwater bonding property,their optimum dosages were found.Testing results showed that the grouting material modified by vinyl ester resin as underwater repair material,at optimum content,was of good bonding strength.
