| 摘 要： | 某综合楼建于上世纪80年代,原设计为21层,建造初期因种种原因建至8层停工。现因使用要求拟进行加层改造,由8层加至15层。对该楼进行抗震鉴定时,可以采取3种后续使用年限:30年、40年和50年。这3种后续使用年限均满足抗震鉴定标准的要求。本文结合改造方案,通过综合比较给出了适合该工程的后续使用年限,并提出此加层改造建筑的抗震鉴定和加固方案,可供类似工程参考。
