城市抗震防灾空间布局研究初探

以保障城市在巨灾、大灾、中灾情况下的城市防灾功能和居民生命安全为前提,重点研究了城市防灾对城市规划和建设的限制性条件,合理规划城市防灾安全空间架构和布局,规划防灾基础设施和城区防灾建设要求。本文最后在对徐州市地震环境和规划要素分析的基础上,从防灾减灾功能性角度探讨了徐州市抗震防灾空间的布局。

Research on Spacial Layout in Urban Earthquake Disaster Prevention

In this paper,the restrictive condition for urban disaster mitigation on urban planning and construction,suitably spacial layout of safety urban planning,construction requirement and planning of lifeline system and city-block for disaster prevention are mainly discussed based on people's safety and disaster mitigation function under huge,big,and normal level of earthquakes.The example of spacial Layout in urban earthquake disaster prevention of Xuzhou city is provided on the basis of analyzing earthquake environment and planning elements of Xuzhou according disaster mitigation points of view.
