碳纤维片材抗弯加固钢筋混凝土梁的试验研究

摘    要:通过20根碳纤维片材加固梁的抗弯试验,提出了碳纤维片材的应变计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。试验结果表明:碳纤维片材加固钢筋混凝土梁无尺寸效应;混凝土保护层厚度的变化对纤维应变基本无影响;剪跨内碳纤维片材长度的增加可提高碳纤维的应变;随着碳纤维片材层数的增加,驳离破坏的起始点由加载点下变到片材端部,片材应变显著降低。

Abstract:According to the bending test results of 20 beams reinforced with CFRP,the calculating formula of strain of CFRP is derived.The calculating results are agreed well with the test results.The test results reveal that there is no size effect on RC beams reinforced with CFRP.There is no effect to change the thickness of the concrete cover.The strain of CFRP can be improved by increasing the length of CFRP in the span of shear.The starting point of damage can be changed from under the load to at the end of CFRP by increasing the layer of CFRP and the strain of CFRP can be reduced obviously.
