摘    要:针对某振动压路机安全驾驶室ROPS侧向加载工况,利用非线性有限元法建立了ROPS有限元模型,分析了ROPS在此工况中的侧向力、侧向位移、侧向能量吸收能力三者间的规律,讨论了侧向承载能力与侧向能量吸收能力的关系。结果表明:侧向承载能力在弹性变形阶段达到标准的要求,侧向吸能在塑性机构变形阶段才达到要求;在许可的载荷区内,侧向力作用位置不同,侧向力曲线和侧向吸能曲线也不同。

Lateral loading characteristics analysis of vibratory roller safety-cab ROPS
Abstract:The finite element model of a vibratory roller safety-cab ROPS for lateral loading case was established using the nonlinear finite element method. The rule among the lateral force, the lateral deformation and the lateral energy absorption of ROPS was analyzed, followed by the discussion of the relationship between lateral load force and lateral energy absorption. The results indicated that the lateral load force resistance could satisfy the requirement at the stage of elasticity deformation, and lateral energy absorption satisfied the requirement at the stage of plasticity mechanism deformation. Within the load zone, the lateral force curve and the lateral energy absorption curve changed with the change of lateral force acting position.
