新型抗裂抹灰砂浆的研制

摘    要:为了使抹灰砂浆能够适应当前新型墙体材料的要求,针对传统抹灰砂浆施工性能差、保水性差、黏结强度低以及易开裂等缺点,通过研究保水剂、淀粉醚、憎水剂和聚丙烯纤维对抹灰砂浆性能的影响,研制了一种施工性能好、保水性好、收缩率低、黏结强度高、不易开裂的新型抹灰砂浆,并对外加剂的改善机理进行了讨论.

Abstract:To make masonry mortar adapt to the requirements of late-model walling material and to overcome the defects of traditional masonry mortar such as poor workability,bad water retention,low bonding strength and easy cracking,water retention agent,amylum ether,water-repelling agent and polypropylene fiber were added into the mortar to modify the performances.A new kind of masonry mortar with good water retention, high bonding strength and low shrinkage ratio were developed,and the modification mechanism of the ...
