废轮胎再生混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀试验研究

摘    要:为了研究废轮胎再生混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能,采用了DY-2501B氯离子快速测定仪,对废轮胎再生混凝土试件的氯离子含量进行了测定,研究了水灰比、橡胶取代率、再生粗骨料取代率对废轮胎再生混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能的影响规律。结果表明:随着水灰比的增大,废轮胎再生混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能逐渐减弱,30~60 d内氯离子含量的增加速率减缓;随着橡胶取代率的增加,废轮胎再生混凝土内氯离子含量呈现先增加后减小的现象,而拐点因再生粗骨料取代率的变化而变化;废轮胎再生混凝土内氯离子含量随着再生粗骨料取代率的增加而增加,但当橡胶取代率为30%,再生粗骨料取代率为30%时氯离子含量下降。

Abstract:In order to study the corrosion resistance of waste tire recycled concrete against chloride ion,the DY-2501 B chloride ion rapid tester was used to measure the chloride ion content of waste tire recycled concrete specimens.The effects of water-cement ratio,rubber replacement rate and recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate on chloride ion corrosion resistance of waste tire recycled concrete were studied.The results show that with the increase of water-cement ratio,the chloride ion corrosion resistance of waste tire recycled concrete is gradually weakened,and the increase rate of chloride ion content in 30~60 d is slowed down.With the increase of the rubber replacement rate,the chloride ion content in the waste tire recycled concrete first increased and then decreased,and the inflection point changed due to the change of the replacement rate of the recycled coarse aggregate.The content of chloride ion in the waste tire recycled concrete increased with the increase of the replacement rate of the recycled coarse aggregate,but the chloride ion content decreased when the rubber replacement rate was 30%and the recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate was 30%.
