摘    要:本文选取武汉地区一级阶地深厚软土地层一个典型基坑实例,采取基坑开挖与临近建筑物共同作用数值分析的方法,研究基坑开挖对临近天然地基浅基础建筑物的影响.研究表明:对于临近基坑的老旧多层民用建筑物,用均布超载模拟分析基坑开挖对其影响是比较合适的:天然地基浅基础建筑物,离基坑开挖边线越远,建筑物层数越少,建筑物的倾斜值越小;建...

Abstract:In this paper,one typical foundation pit example in deep soft clay of Wuhan District first rank terra is chosen,then the way of corporate effect numerical analysis between foundation construction and nearby buildings is taken,in order to study foundation construction’s influence on neighboring buildings with crude subgrade shallow foundation.The research shows that it is relatively appropriate to analyze foundation construction’s influence on old multilayer buildings nearby with equal distributing surcharge method,and for buildings with crude subgrade shallow foundation,the further the distance between the foundation sideline with neighboring buildings is and the fewer the layer of the buildings is,the less the slope of buildings is.It also shows that foundation construction has ignorable influence on nearby buildings when the distance is further than some,and it is usually two times of the foundation depth in deep soft clay of Wuhan District first rank terra.Such type of buildings in this scope should be taken into corresponding action to be protected.
