从中外建筑能耗对比出发,研究造成中外建筑能耗不同的主要原因,指出其核心是两种不同的生活模式和文化理念,从而造成建筑物不同的使用方式和运行方式。随着经济大发展和生活水平的提高,我们应维持目前的建筑使用方式和运行方式,防止盲目的"与国外接轨",这样才不会由于建筑运行能源的过度浪费而形成能源和环境的严重问题。这可能是中国唯一可能实施的可持续发展的道路。

The difference between domestic building energy consump-tion and overseas consumption comes from different living pattern, construction idea, building service and building operation. Along with great development of economy and improvement of living standard, we should preserve domestic present mode of building service and operation to prevent being blindly geared to world, and avoid exces-sively wasting energy in building operation, which could result serious problems of energy resources and environment. This might be possibly the only way to realize sustainable development of China.
