摘    要:通过超声波波速恢复率、毛细吸水量、裂缝宽度分析了不同浓度的NaCl和Na2SO4盐溶液对砂浆裂缝自修复效果的影响,研究了高分子修复剂对裂缝修复效果的促进作用。结果表明,盐溶液的浓度对裂缝愈合性能具有一定的影响,在NaCl和Na2SO4溶液中随着浓度(4%、6%)的升高,裂缝的愈合程度也随之提高;当掺入1%裂缝修复剂后,浓度为6%NaCl盐溶液对砂浆裂缝修复的效果最佳,修复程度达到98.58%。

Abstract:The effects of different concentrations of NaCl and Na2SO4 salt solution on the self-repairing effect of mortar cracks were analyzed by ultrasonic wave velocity recovery rate, capillary water absorption and crack width detection, and the effect of polymer repair agent on crack was studied. The results show that the concentration of salt solution has a certain effect on the fracture healing performance, in the NaCl and Na2SO4 solutions, with the increase of the concentration (4%, 6%) of NaCl and Na2SO4, the crack healing degree also increases. When 1% crack repair agent is added, the concentration of 6% NaCl salt solution has the best effect on the repair of mortar cracks, and the crack repair degree reaches 98.58%.
