| 摘 要： | 政府是现代经济生活的主体，在世界各国积极倡导的“信息高速公路”的五个应用领域中，“电子政府”被列为第一位，本文对我国“电子政府”的房地产业管理的现状进行了分析，指出了存在的不足，提出了构建网上政府房地产业管理初步框架的建议，有助于促进房地产业管理的规范化和现代化建设。

| Abstract: | The government plays an important role in modern economic life. The administration by Internet is ranked first among the IT highway's five application areas. The author of this paper introduced the status of China's real estate administration by Internet, analyzed the problems existed and constructed a framework of real estate administration by Internet, which will facilitate China's real estate administration and modernization. |
