成都来福士广场超高饰面清水混凝土结构外脚手架施工技术

成都来福士广场工程外立面采用饰面清水混凝土,是国内首座、国际罕见的超高层饰面清水混凝土建筑。主体结构造型复杂,有大量斜向悬挑、高位悬挑、大跨度转换桁架和立面大尺寸开洞,为本工程的外脚手架施工带来很大挑战。结合本工程特点,塔楼外脚手架采用落地架和悬挑外架相结合的搭设方式。介绍了本工程异形结构的外脚手架体系优化选择、深化设计、结合清水面对架体的细部处理、外脚手架使用时的注意事项及施工要求。

Construction of Outer Scaffolds for Super-high Decorating Fair-faced Concrete in Raffles City Chengdu

Raffles City Chengdu project is super-high dedicated fair-faced concrete engineering,which is infrequent in China and abroad.The main structure has complex shape,and has many of inclined cantilever structures,high altitude cantilever structures,large span transfer truss and large opening in elevation,which are difficult to construct for outer scaffolds.Combining with the engineering characteristics,the setting style of ground frame combined with cantilever frame is applied.The optimization and selection for outer scaffold system of special-shaped structures,the deep design and detail treatment of construction,the points for attention and construction requirements for outer scaffold are introduced in detail.
