某工程灌注桩复式注浆施工技术

摘    要:后压浆灌注桩在普通成孔灌注桩基础上,增加了放置压浆管、注浆准备及压浆3个步骤,并于桩成孔后在孔底投放直径1~3cm的碎石.某通信生产基地采用灌注桩复式注浆工艺进行地基处理,介绍了注浆工艺、施工设备、注浆管制作及高压注浆等技术措施,并提出施工质量保证措施.实践证明,复合注浆技术不仅能显著提高桩的承载力、有效减少桩基沉降,且质量稳定可靠、无噪声、无振动、无污染.

Abstract:Based on traditional bored piles technology,three construction steps are added in construction of post-grouting bored piles including laying grouting pipes,preparation and grouting.Then gravel with 1~3mm in diameter is put in bottom of formed holes.Foundation treatment of a communication production base adopts double grouting technology for bored piles.Technologies such as grouting process, construction equipment,grouting pipes preparation and high-pressure grouting are introduced,as well as quality ensurin...
