| 摘 要： | 从实际问题出发,探讨了FIDIC、NEC合同条件和我国《施工合同(范本)》中,有关“保险”条款的异同点。以“建筑工程一切险”为例,对保险的原则、目的作了具体阐述和理论分析,在此基础上,对保险公司、业主、承包商的保险策略提出了具体的建议。
