我国高速公路水泥混凝土路面滑模施工新进展

摘    要:介绍了滑模摊铺水泥混凝土路面施工技术在中国的最新进展.1998~2000年,我国有6种水泥混凝土路面施工新工艺在高速公路上应用硬路肩与路缘石连体施工技术;水泥混凝土路面全缩缝插传力杆(包括DBI)技术;高抗折强度水泥混凝土路面;滑模连续摊铺钢筋混凝土路面特大桥桥面;在软基路段和填挖交界路段使用滑模摊铺机施工连续钢筋混凝土路面;在超重高速公路上使用贫混凝土基层.

Abstract:In this article, authors introduce the new developments of the slip\|form paving technology of cement\|concrete road in China. From 1998 to 2000,6 new construction techniques of cement\|concrete road were used in construction of expressway in China. They are the integral construction technology of curb and road shoulder, the application of dowel bars(including Dowel Bars Inserting, DBI) in cement\|concrete road, the use of high flexure strength cement\|concrete road, the technology of continuously paving with slip\|form in the construction of the reinforced concrete road of huge bridge, the technology of continuously paving with slip\|form in the construction of reinforced concrete road in some soft roadbed areas and some adjacent areas between filling and excavating, and the use of low\|concrete base in the construction of super\|weight expressway.
