| 摘 要： | 工程项目所需采购的物资千差万别,不同供应商参与工程项目的形式、周期也各不相同,因此各种合同形式混合并存于项目过程,并对工程项目的运作产生巨大影响。文章借助于资源依赖理论,对工程项目采购合同体系结构进行研究,并总结提出工程项目混合合同网络合作形式。
