摘    要:大规模的城市建设特别是地下空间持续高强度开发,产生了大量的工程渣土。以深圳市地铁建设盾构渣土为例,在实地调研的基础上阐明了其产生特性、主要的利用与处置方式及其面临的突出难题。并基于经济效益定量与环境效益定性评价方法,提出了深圳市盾构渣土利用与处置的优化技术路径,同时结合深圳现行渣土管理相关规定,提出了优化管理策略与政策建议。

Abstract:With the development of urban construction,especially in underground space,a large amount of excavated soil and rock(ESR)has been produced. Taking shield ESR of Shenzhen Metro as an example,based on the field investigation,the characteristics of its generation,the main utilization and disposal methods,and the prominent problems were discussed. Through the comparative analysis of economic and environmental benefits,the optimal path for the disposal and utilization of ESR in Shenzhen was proposed. With the full consideration of current relevant regulations, optimal management strategies and policy suggestions were put forward.
