| 摘 要： | 采用2003-2013年度美国《工程新闻记录》（ENR）发布的国际工程承包市场最大225家承包商数据。分析了入围225强的中国企业对外承包工程市场的业务规模、行业结构和区域结构发展现状及变化趋势，引入行业结构变动率和变动效益对行业结构发展进行了深入的剖析。总结了我国对外承包工程市场的行业结构发展趋势和市场格局的变化：行业结构向技术密集型领域转变，传统行业业务比重逐步减少，资源配置效率不断提高；区域市场结构呈现出以非洲地区为主，保持亚太市场，发展中东市场，开拓欧美等地区市场的新格局。

| Abstract: | This research employed the data from Engineering News-Record （ENR） to study top Chinese contractors＇ international market performance from 2002 to 2012. The concepts of industry structure change rate and industry structure change efficiency are introduced and are used for the contracting market analysis. The results show that international contracting market of Chinese contractors have developed rapidly and healthily. The market structure tended towards tech-intensive fields, and the efficiency of resource distribution improved gradually. The scope of the market expanded to Europe and the USA, on the basis of maintaining the original dominant market. |
