基于NB-IoT 技术的装配式建筑吊装安全风险管理

摘    要:为研究装配式建筑吊装过程的安全风险性,在风险因素交互耦合视角下,通过识别 21 项装配式构件吊装过程安全风险影响因素,基于相互作用矩阵求解各安全风险因素权重值,分析安全风险管理需求。将 NB-IoT 技术引入装配式建筑构件吊装施工过程信息化管理中,结合该技术的特点及优势,建立基于 BIM+NB-IoT 技术的装配式建筑吊装安全风险管理体系,实现装配式建筑吊装过程信息化管理,保障吊装质量与效率,降低资源消耗,提高装配式建筑整体绿色施工管理水平。

Abstract:To study the safety risk of prefabricated construction hoisting process,this study analyze safety risk managementrequirements by identifying 21 risk influence factors in prefabricated components hoisting process in the perspective of interactivecoupling,to measure the weight of each risk factor based on the interaction matrix. The NB - IoT technology is introduced in theinformation management of prefabricated construction hoisting process. This study takes advantage of this technology andestablishes risk management system of prefabricated construction hoisting based on BIM and NB - IoT technology. The developedsystem realizes information management of prefabricated construction process and ensures assembly quality and efficiency, whichreduces resource consumption and improves the overall level of green construction management for prefabricated construction.
