Life-cycle Cost of Energy Efficiency Enhancement of Existing Building

The article regards the existing public building as the research object. By the method of life-cycle cost analysis,it analyzes reforming cost,use cost,demolition cost and government subsidies of existing building correspondingly. Then a model is set up for estimating life-cycle cost. At last,it concludes that the owners have tendency to energy saving reforming when LCC≤0. The article introduces how to calculate saving cost and measures it by the method of carbon emissions trading in detail. It not only can measure the economic effect of energy saving and emission reduction better,but also lay the foundation for China to join the international carbon trading market.
