城镇化背景下我国小城镇发展协同度测度模型

摘    要:城镇化是社会发展的必然趋势,小城镇在我国城镇化进程中扮演着重要角色,促进了大中城市向农村的功能辐射,是大中城市和农村联系的重要纽带。我国小城镇发展表现出明显的自组织性,借助协同度指标能够较好地分析城镇化质量。通过对小城镇交通道路、通讯信息、医疗卫生、教育文化、生态资源以及产业经济等六大核心子系统的界定和相互作用的分析,揭示小城镇系统协同发展机理,构建小城镇子系统有序度模型和协同度测度模型。模型对小城镇具有一定的普适性,通过具体小城镇的实地调研,长期监测并建立数据库,可为不同小城镇系统协同发展提供科学方法和决策依据。

Abstract:Urbanization is a booming trend of social development,where small towns play a significant role. The small town is an important link , which accelerates the function radiation from cities to rural area. There is a significant characteristic of self-organization in small town development in China. Therefore,urbanization quality can be measured well by synergy degree. Based on defining subsystem of traffic,communication,health,education and culture,environment and resources,industrial economy and analyzing the interactions between them,the paper reveals the synergetic development mechanism of small towns,and constructs their order degree models of subsystems and synergy degree model of the complex system. these models which have certain universality and the unceasing investigation in a specific area will establish a valuable database,which can provide scientific method and decision reference for the synergetic development of different small towns in our country.
