基于组合权的建筑工程绿色施工水平的灰色综合评价

绿色施工是国家可持续发展战略在工程建设领域的重要体现。我国积极推进工程建设领域的绿色施工,提高建筑工程绿色施工水平,开展绿色施工评价研究。结合住房和城乡建设部颁布的《建筑工程绿色施工评价标准》,建立了建筑工程绿色施工水平的评价指标体系,运用灰色综合评价方法进行定量评价。在评价模型中,将层次分析法和熵值法相结合,确定指标的组合权重,综合考虑主客观赋权的优点,提高了评价的可靠性。对此评价方法进行应用举例,并提出了提高绿色施工水平的建议。

Grey Comprehensive Evaluation on the Construction Engineering’s Green Construction Level Based on Combinational Weight

Green construction is one of the important manifestations of the national sustainable development strategies in the engineering construction field. The green construction has been actively promoted in engineering construction field,and the green construction level of construction engineering and evaluation studies of green construction has been carried out in China. This paper puts forward the evaluation index system of construction engineering’s green construction level on the basis of evaluation standard for green construction of buildings issued by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. The method of grey comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the index system. In the evaluation model,the paper combines AHP with the entropy method to determine the index weight,considering the virtue of the subject weight and the object weight. It improves the reliability of the evaluation. Finally,the algorithm is applied to a practical example.
