基于霍尔三维结构的装配式建筑EPC 总承包模式研究

针对装配式建筑 EPC 模式下参与方多、管理难度大等特点，结合装配式建筑和 EPC 工程总承包模式的特点，以及BIM 技术在工程中的相关应用，通过引入霍尔三维结构，从时间维、逻辑维、知识维 3 个维度研究了装配式建筑 EPC 总承包管理模式，通过建立时间维和逻辑维所在平面的相关活动矩阵，展示了装配式建筑 EPC 工程总承包模式下某一状态点的具体活动内容，并以建造施工阶段为例，论证了该方法的适用性，同时构造了基于霍尔三维结构的装配式建筑 EPC 模式运行模型，为管理者提供了一种分析工具。

Investigating the EPC Mode of Assembly Buildings:A Study Based on Hall Three-Dimension Structure Theory

Considering the characteristics of the EPC mode of assembly buildings，combined with the application of BIMtechnology in engineering projects，we employed Hall three-dimensional structure model to investigate the EPC management modeof assembled buildings from the dimensions of time，logic and knowledge. By establishing a related activity matrix of the plane ofthe time and logic dimension，the specific activity of a point in the assembly building EPC project general contracting model isdisplayed. The applicability of the proposed method is demonstrated in a real project. Meanwhile，an EPC operation model ofassembly buildings based on Hall three-dimensions structure is constructed，which provides an analytical tool for managers.
