摘    要:综合项目交付(IPD)由于其相对传统交付模式的优势正得到愈加广泛的应用。建筑信息模型(BIM)的工程数据存取、分享功能与 IPD 模式高度匹配,能有效提升项目表现。但不成熟的利益分配机制却阻碍了 BIM-IPD 的推行。因此,本文在分析当前 IPD 工作模式的基础上,充分考虑项目表现指标及 BIM 应用水平,利用数据包络算法(DEA),计算参与方投入产出效率,作为收益分配主要依据,提出了 BIM-IPD 项目的利益协同系统框架,为未来 IPD 项目的合同拟定提供了参考

Abstract:Due to the distinct advantages compared with traditional project delivery methods,integrated project delivery(IPD)has experienced an extensively increasing implementation in the construction sector. On the other hand,building informationmodelling(BIM)characterizes its powerful capacity of storing,extracting and sharing project information among all stakeholders,which could dramatically facilitate the implementation of IPD and enhance project performance. However,the absence of a matureprofits distribution system has hampered the developments of the BIM-IPD mode. To address the problem,this paper firstsummarizes the work process of existing IPD projects based on previous literature and case studies. Then,a framework of BIM-IPDprofit distribution system using data envelope analysis(DEA)is proposed,which includes multiple project performance indicatorsand further takes BIM application maturity into account. The system framework not only provides the basis for more impartialproject interests distribution but also a reference for future IPD contracts drafting as well.
