| 摘 要： | 通过对河北省温塘镇小城镇住宅的调研,本文对当地典型传统住宅和新建住宅的建筑结构体系进行了分析和研究,找出住宅中存在的缺陷与不足,利用一个住宅设计提出改进的途径和措施,包括平面布局的完善、外围护结构中适宜技术的尝试,目的是探索适合当地住宅的建筑技术思路,使当地的小城镇住宅达到节能舒适的要求。
