华中地区行政服务中心绿色设计实践

城市行政服务中心是政府联系群众的桥梁,是展示城市形象的重要窗口,合理利用该平台向市民传播绿色建筑理念,有利于推动绿色建筑市场的可持续发展。基于此理念,以华中地区最大的行政服务中心——武汉市民之家为例,结合武汉当地资源及项目功能特性选用适宜的绿色建筑技术进行绿色设计实践。该文阐述了该绿色行政服务中心的绿色技术体系,介绍了各项技术的具体实施方案及其经济、环境效益,最后指出了其作为绿色建筑理念传播窗口的社会效益。

Design Practice About Green Administrative Service Center in Central China

City administration service center is the bridge of government with the masses, and it is an important window to display the image of the city. Spreading the green building concept to the citizens through the platform will be conducive to the sustainable development of the green building market. Based on this idea, Wuhan Citizens Home project, which is the largest administrative service center in central China, is the green design practice with the local resources and project features. This paper expounds on the green technology of Wuhan Citizens Home project, introduces the concrete implementation plan of the various technologJes and its economic and environmental benefits, and finally points out it has social benefits as a communication window of green building concept.
