防灾公园与城市普通公园的兼容性及调控技术研究

防灾公园的建设和利用对加快"新型城镇化"建设进程具有重要的战略意义。提出在城市总体规划和防灾设施规划等宏观层面加强统筹的基础上,通过对城市公园地形地貌条件、河流水系、砂石土壤及公园设施的综合利用探讨城市普通公园兼容防灾公园的可行性以及利用城市普通公园开辟防灾公园的具体路径,以实现城市公园综合防灾减灾功能的整体提升。最后从地形设计、水体设计、建筑设计和植物栽植设计等几个方面指出城市防灾公园景观设计的技术要点及有关措施建议。

Study on Compatibility of Disaster Prevention Park and City Ordinary Park

The construction of disaster prevention parks in the city will be of strategic importance to the process of rapid urbanization. Based on the macro level to strengthen the overall city planning and disaster prevention facilities planning, through the use of terrain, water resources of city park, park facilities between the general analysis of city park and disaster prevention park compatibility, ways and make use of ordinary city park opened the disaster prevention park, we realize the ascension of the whole city comprehensive disaster prevention function. We put forward comments and suggestions how to consider the function of disaster prevention and reduction on the city park landscape design.
