夏热冬暖地区安置房绿色建筑设计探索——以漳州碧湖生态园安置房为例

安置房是我国城镇住宅建设中一种较具特殊性的住宅类型,由于其具有保障性住房的性质,往往存在着建设和配套标准偏低的问题。漳州碧湖生态园首期安置房本着以人为本的时代精神,引入生态与节能建筑理念,以提升安置房品质作为主导思想进行规划设计,达到了国家一星级绿色建筑的标准,为在安置房项目中采用因地制宜的绿色生态技术起到了一个良好的示范作用。

The Exploration of Green Building Design for Resettlement Housing Project in Hot Summer and Warm Winter Zone： Taking Resettlement House in Zhangzhou Bihu for Example

Resettlement housing is a kind of special residential house in China＇s urban housing construction. There are such problems as low standards of construction and supporting facilities due to its properties of ensuring housing. Preliminary resettlement housing project in Zhangzhou Bihu Ecological Park keeps in line with the people-oriented spirit, introduces the concept of ecology and energy-saving buildings and the resettlement housing with the ruling ideas of improving the resettlement apartments quality. Finally, this resettlement housing project gains the national one- star green building identifier, and provides a good example of adopting ecological technology in resettlement housing.
