营造新时期的生存港湾 --国家康居示范工程杭州山水人家住宅小区

在“城市住宅小区”建设试点网“小康住宅示范小区”建设试点的基础上,建设部组织实施国家康居示范工程,旨在从根本上提高我国住宅质量和住宅产业化水平。文章结合杭州山水人家住宅小区的规划建筑设计、产业化成套技术应用、关键技术措施、社会经济效益分析等方面内容,阐述了康居示范工程的推广在今后房地产开发中的重要性和必然性。

Construction of the Residence in New Era --National Comfortable Housing Demonstration Project Hangzhou Shanshuirenjia Residential Area

Based on construction experimental unit of "urban residential area" and "comfortable life residential demonstration area", and in order to improving the quality and the industrialization standard of the residential buildings in our country, the national comfortable housing demonstration project has been put in practice by national ministry of construction. In this paper, with the illustration of the efforts in the Shanshuirenjia residential area (such as the programming and architectural design, the applications of the whole set industrialization techniques, the main technological measures, the analysis of the social economic benefits etc.), the significance and the inevitability of generalizing the comfortable housing demonstration projects in the future real estate exploitation is expounded.
