| 摘 要： | 该文比较了中外城市规划的不同模式，揭示了中国古代城市是粗放的大街廓及自发生长的街巷相叠加的二元城市形态，进而从控制的难易、商业的发展、财政的投入、管理的体制等四个方面，对封建人治政体所导致的中国城市形态进行了深入探讨。

| Abstract: | By comparing the dlfferent urban planning models in China and Western cities, the paper reveals the dual urban form of the historical cities in China. which is the overlay of rough super-blocks and spontaneously grown streets and alleys. The paper further discusses the Chinese urban fabrics nurtured by the feudal autocracy in four aspects, including the feasibility of control, commercial development, fiscal investment, and management system. |
