对既有建筑商业化利用形式的浅析

摘    要:既有建筑再利用是一项对城市环境友好的举措,它可以节约建设资源和成本,避免因拆毁重建而导致的无谓浪费。近年来,既有建筑的改建及重新利用已经成为建筑界一个越来越受重视的话题,既有建筑被重新界定身份,被赋予新的内容,产生新的价值。对不符合时代发展的既有建筑通过商业化改造,商业化运营,使其产生经济利润的同时也延续了建筑的使用寿命,保存了建筑的历史文化性,实现经济价值与社会价值的统一。

Abstract:Reuse of existing buildings is an urban environment-friendly initiatives.The measure can not only save some construction resource and cost,but also avoid unnecessary demolition waste resulting from redevelopment.In recent years,the reconstruction and reuse of existing building has become a more and more important topic among the construction industry.Both buildings were redefined the identity,given new content and new value.As for existing buildings which are not conforming to the times development,we can make it produce economic profit,continue the service life of the construction and preserve the architectural history and culture through business transformation and business operation to realize the unity of economic value and social value.
