泥浆护壁过程及效果的有限元分析

摘    要:在指出规范、规程中关于泥浆论述的不合理性和某工程失败的基础上 ,提出采用有限元方法来模拟泥浆护壁的过程和效果 ,既可以节省大量的前期试验费用 ,又能给泥浆护壁提供合理的浓度范围。通过实例分析发现 ,钻孔过程中泥浆的浓度变化在不断地改变钻孔的受力状态和变形规律。在前期钻孔阶段 ,泥浆浓度比重可以在 1 3~ 1 4范围 ;在后期清孔阶段 ,尽可能地控制在 1 1~ 1 2范围。

Abstract:On the basis of the analysis of irrational regulations of the standards and the failure of a certain project,the FEM method is put forward to simulate the procedure and effect of slurry support.It can not only save lots of experimental expenses in the prophase but also provide a reasonable density range with slurry support.It is found that the mechanical behavior and deformation mechanism vary during the change of the slurry density.At the prophase,the density of slurry is 1\^3~1\^4 and then 1\^1~1\^2 at the later stage during cleaning.
