| Abstract: | According to the introduction of the process of the New Century Commercial Square, we draw the conclusion that an environment restrictive factor is the source of an architectural creation. An architectural belongs to the environment should be created by an architectural design, and only the architectures that belong to the environment, can they possess of vitality. |
