| 摘 要： | 立式余热锅炉受热模块外形尺寸大、质量大,必须采用顶装法进行安装,模块本身结构型式"娇弱",必须配备专用吊具才能保证不能被损坏,配套吊架结合模块本身,同时需要2~3台大型吊车才能满足吊装要求。分析模块吊装和调整安装工艺将利于我们类似工程的安装。

| Abstract: | The heated module of Vertical exhaust-heat boiler has a big size and a heavy weight,the top hoisting method is used to assemble. Because the structure of heated module is not very strong,2 or 3 big cranes( depending on the situation of site) and the special hoisting tool are used to avoid damage. It will be,get benefit from analysing the hoisting method and adjusting the assembling technology,and we can do better in other similar project in the future. |
