| 摘 要： | 锅炉承重钢结构大板梁为大截面焊接H型钢结构,具有截面高,翼板厚度大的特点,在装配及焊接中存在一定的困难。针对大板梁制作过程中的关键技术,从厚板焊接及热处理、防止变形、预留起拱、划线组装等几个方面介绍了大板梁的制作。

| Abstract: | The big plate beams for boiler bearing structure are the large cross-section welding h-beam structures,which feature high section and thick flange,which are difficult to assemble and weld.Aiming at key technologies of the big board beam manufacture process it is introduced the manufacture of the beams from thick plate welding,heat treatment and preventing deformation etc. |
