摘    要:随着社会经济的发展,高速铁路交通工具的普及,作为铁路轨道的平台,大型铁路桥的建设越来越受到关注。大型铁路桥为了便于现场施工,加快安装进度,其结构连接节点均采用高强螺栓连接,而高强螺栓摩擦面往往需要采用电弧喷铝,喷铝后保证涂层的附着力和摩擦面的抗滑移系数是一个难点,电弧喷铝原材料的采用、喷铝工艺的严格实施以及检测方法的运动是达到涂层要求的关键与报障,本文就是对电弧喷铝此环节进行研究分析。

Abstract:With the social and economic development and the popularity of high-speed railway transportation,as a platform of railway track,much attention is paid to the construction of large railway bridge.In order to facilitate the construction of large-scale railway bridge,speed up the installation schedule,high strength bolts are used for the connecting nodes,and high-strength bolt friction surface needs arc spraying aluminum,after which ensuring anti-slip coefficient of adhesion and friction surface is a difficult matter,use of raw materials of arc sprayed aluminum,aluminum-spraying process and the strict implementation and use of the detection method is the key to achieve the requirements of the coatings.
