| 摘 要： | 可靠度指标基准值反映了我国现行设计规范中所隐含的人们可接受的可靠度水平，是对既有结构构件进行可靠度评估时的目标值。探讨了考虑抗力随时间变化时，我国现行设计规范所隐含的可靠度指标基准值的计算方法。

| Abstract: | The reliability index reference value that is the targeted value to evaluate existing structures, reflects the reliability level implied in the current design criteria of our country that is acceptable for people. In the paper, the calculation methods reflecting on the reliability level implied in the current design criteria of our country is researched when the resistance varies with time. |
